is dus 'dat burgers 1 x een conflict goedkoop mogen oplossen', daarna
treedt veel harder standaard recht in werking.
Het voordeel is dat ook corruptie van rechters & advocaten veel minder wordt. Nu geven bijv. Bestuursrechter de Overheid de vrijheid om slechte besluiten te nemen = de burger te kunnen misbruiken voor ambtsmisdrijven. Dit soort ambtenaren weigert oplossingen te presenteren. Burgers kunnen wel wettelijke constructies opzetten, maar de Bestuursrechter geeft de Overheid veel te vaak de kans 'om een nieuw -betere- besluiten te nemen'. Dit soort criminele ambtenaren wil geen goede oplossingen implementeren....en dwingen de burger tot het starten van vele Bestuursrechtzaken. Uit 1 dossier komen zo 4-8 nieuwe procedures voort. Pas na lang procederen stop de Bestuursrechter de criminele ambtenaar. In mijn dossier heeft de gemeente Bloemendaal zeker 500.000 euro gestopt in het willen doodtreiteren van een vrouw met 2 jonge kids. Terwijl ik dus in zeer grote armoede moet zien te overleven met deze kids. Hoge Raad & Internationaal Strafhof hebben al voor 100-den miljoenen verknald...omdat zij mij willen doodtreiteren. Buitenlandse parlementen weten dit..en chanteren NL economisch & juridisch helemaal kapot. PVDA jonge socialisten weigeren juridisch correct te werken. 25 july 2011
